In 1.00 of our app we just got the owncalendars and didn't care about
access levels. In 1.01 we get the allcalendars and we check the access
level for each calendar. If a calendar is marked as none or read, then
we mark it as read-only internally. As far as I can tell, this follows
the docs.

But I'm getting people telling me their "default Google calendar" is
coming down as a read-only calendar. They say the calendar name is
"Google Calendar" which I found interesting since when I create a new
google account I get a calendar with my name in it, not "Google
Calendar".

So my questions are:
1) Am I using the accessLevel correctly?
2) Is there a way to see this info in the Google UI at all so I can
ask them to look it up clearly?
