Yes, lots of ways. Do you want to do it once, or do you want it to be synced
whenever you make a change?
If the later, check out BusySync or SpanningSync or a Java based solution
that I forget the name of currently.

If the former, export your calendar from iCal and then go to Calendar
Settings, Import Calendar and select the file that you exported your
calendar to, the calendar that you wish to add the events to and click
"Import"
