Hmmm.  It doesn't appear to be happening anymore, but it lasted a few
days.  I made no changes to the code, but it appears rock-solid
without any issues of flip-flopping.  Maybe it was just a fluke.
Interesting.

Thanks for the confirmation.  I wanted to wait a few days but after
several thousand reloads, it's looking corrected.  I have since added
code to my code to not display any event who's start date is not after
the end date.

Oh well.  Thanks for the info.
