Docs say: start-min and/or start-max specified: a recurring event is represented as a single entry element, with multiple gd:when elements for each occurrence in the range specified. The gd:recurrence element is also included in the entry.
We want to use the start-min/max but we do NOT want an array of gd:when's for those appts. We're on the iPhone and have no need for all that extra data but we do want to limit things via start-min/max.
