Dear Sir or Madam, at the moment I experimenting with my Palm TX and an own Perl written export function for events. The events will be exported as iCal files, encoded as UTF-8. The format of the ics files are successfully tested with an non official iCal validator (http://severinghaus.org/projects/icv/) If I upload the files to my webspace, and importing it to my thunderbird lightning, all events are decoded from utf8 successful but when I import the ics by URL to my Google Calendar, the UTF-8 decoding seams to be broken, because all non ASCII chars appears as 2 question marks (2 byte encoding in utf-8).
Is this a known problem? I don't have find any discussions about this here in the group.
