I posted in this in the iGoogle/Google-Gadgets-API forum as well (http://groups.google.com/group/Google-Gadgets-API/browse_thread/ thread/3dcde74545c1cd42#), but thought maybe there might be some people here who have come across this issue.
Is there a way to added gadgets to users' calendars (sidebar gadgets) from an administrative point of view? For instance, using oAuth? The ideal solution would be that a user would log into the calendar and the gadget would be there working without any involvement from the user. The "Plan B" approach is to send an e-mail with the url to add the gadget: http://www.google.com/calendar/render?gadgeturl=[gadget's url] So, it's good that there's a backup but it's at best a last resort. Thoughts? Thanks, - Dan --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Calendar Data API" group.
