Actually I can now reproduce the display error without fail.

Step 1 Close all browser window IE 7 is the version I am using
Step 2 Open new IE window
Step 3 Login to Google / ensure you are logged in
Step 4 Goto Public 
Calendarhttps://sites.google.com/site/actvccstuff/race-calendar
Step 5 All January events missing except for 31 Jan 2010
Step 6 click on Week or month view and January events are visible
Step 7 Click on Agenda view and January events are now visible

Repeat steps 1 -7 for reproduction of display error
