Hello Marcelo,

You can indeed do it with the API and 2-legged OAuth by impersonating your 
domain user. The field you will need to change is the 
gCal:timezone<http://code.google.com/apis/calendar/data/2.0/reference.html#gCaltimezone>field;
 set it to the correct value and check that the updated returned entry 
matches your value.
Are you using a specific client library and/or language?
