Hi, I've recently encountered an issue creating a recurring appointment that
spans across DST using the .Net library.

A while ago (November of 2010-ish) I created an appointment through the
library from 3/1/2011 to 4/1/2011 at 5:30pm - 6:30pm. I checked the calendar
and events show up as I would expect at 5:30pm-6:30pm both before DST and
after the DST switch.

Recently, it appears there might have been a change in the API. I use the
same ICal value to create the same event with the same dates and times.
However, now when I view the calendar, outside of DST, the event shows
5:30pm-6:30pm and inside DST the events are 6:30pm-7:30pm.

The ICal code I am passing to the API is:
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20110302T013000Z
DTEND;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20110302T023000Z
RRULE:FREQ=DAILY;UNTIL=20110402T000000Z

Do I need to split up the ICal values so I explicitly tell it the pre-DST
times and the post-DST times? It's no problem for me to do this, I just want
to make sure I'm doing it the correct way.

Thanks for any help you all can provide!

The calendar is located in the pacific timezone.
