@Pierre, Yes, I read your post from back then. I would have tried this if not that also InstallationChecker.php and all the demoes that comes with Zend Gdata download is also failing. But on the other hand maybe they would try to connect to the same Google-server from that specific webhost. Pinging all the servers is working very well, no packet loss.
What if the new hardcoded Google-server all of a sudden stops working? Then I would have to change it again, and that wouldn't make a very reliable service either?
