Hello Bryan, Do you know the attendees who would come to the appointments? If you do, you can simply add them as attendees when creating the events which will trigger an invitation that they might, according to their settings, receive by e-mail. On the e-mail, a link to the calendar event will be provided for them to accept or not the invitation.
