Hi, We have a time tracking application that creates a calendar for our users and shares it with them. They then create events in this calendar and these are picked up by the app.
Recently we started getting reports of users not being able to see their calendars anymore. At some point some calendars disappear from their Google Calendar interface and they don't reappear (so it is not an intermittent failure as we sometimes see when our app operates on the calendars). The app offers the possibility to reset the permissions again and this solved it for some users (but only temporarily) but not for others. When we check the permissions of the affected calendars on our end, either programmatically or in the Google Calendar interface (using the user used by our app), they are as they should be. Any idea what may be causing this? We have no idea as on our end all appears to be in full working order; we still have access to all the calendars and the permissions are correct.
