Hi,

If you look at this image 
http://www.pgvideotutorials.com/images/chart_labels.JPG
you can see that the second data group which has a value of 100% has
its label on the bar, and not above the bar like for the 4% bar.

The url I use to create the chart is:

Maybe it is a bug where the bar reaches 100 and the label is not being
put above the bar because of the value, I have no idea.

If this is the case, could it be possible to somehow scale the bars
down a little?
