The Google Charts API doesn't provide automatic wrapping for the chart
title.
However, if the parameters of your chart are being automatically
generated, you can just automatically add the pipe characters with
whatever language you're developing in.

For instance, in PHP, you would do this:
$original_title = "Foo Bar Blah Inky Pinky Blinky Clyde";
$wrapped_title_width = 20;
$delimiter = '|';
$wrapped_title = wordwrap($original_title, $wrapped_title_width,
$delimiter);
$chart_url = "http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?
cht=lc&chs=200x125&chd=t:40,60,60&chtt=$wrapped_title";
