You have too many data points. Your URL has over 6000 characters and
browsers/webservers may complain after 2000. There are some other
threads in this group regarding URL size.

Regardless of your data, though, you're requesting a chart size that
is too large. Removing all but two data points:
http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?cht=ls&chd=t:10.0,123.0&chs=750x450&chl=Hello|World
you'll see it returns the error message: "Chart may contain at most
300000, pixels"
