I think the problem come from the chds parameter, you put chds=-0.633,3.234
so for the first data set the min value will be -0.633 and this is why your
bars don't start from the y-axis as it is located in -0.633. Try to put 0 as
a min value if you want your bar to start directly in y-axis. maybe this was
a bug and it has been corrected recently...
