I believe it's your data or your data scaling parameter. If I replace your CHD parameter with something simpler
chd=t:10,20,40|20,30,40|-1|5,25,45|5,15,20|80,60,40|50,60,70|50,75,100| 80,85,90|50,50,50 The chart and the colors look fine. Too much data for me to find the exact issue, but I'd recommend replacing data points like (07) with (7) and maybe look for other typos (double commas, etc.).
