micle, The link you provided uses text encoding (chd=t:) and it looks fine. It looks fine, but if you're still experiencing issues with extended encoding, please send us a new link.
Keep in mind, though, that extended encoding plots your chart according to a 0-4095 range, so values like 0 and 21 will need to be adjusted (manually) to fit properly on your chart.
