I had a similar problem some time ago in one of my clients -for
monitoring infrastructure-

Some items you might want to revisit in your application:

(a) You need to capture the "health" of your server - there's open-
source software that lets you do this easily. I suggest you to look
into this, instead of reinventing the wheel.

(b) Don't use arrays as data storage: write to a database, and read
from there as needed.

You get to keep the server's health records, and replay the data when
necessary.

(c) Once you're ready to plot the chart, you will have one axis with
the time dimension (24 hours at 5 minute intervals) and the other axis
with the different servers you want to chart.

As you read the database, you should be able to generate a URL with
the chart information, and then send that over to Google Charts,
