I'm sure your application could be produced- but this does not mean
success, practicality or reliability. I do not think there's a Joomla
extension for remote monitoring of systems.

Google Charts is just a mechanism for plotting data into charts - it
lacks the intelligence and "boiler-plate" to run what you have in
mind.

As mentioned in another post, there are open source systems and
packages that specialise in remote monitoring of hosts / servers /
etc. Have a look at these before you consider writing custom code.
