OK, looks like it's a chco issue not a chd=t: issue.  You should use
pipe characters to separate the colors for data point 1 in data sets
1&2 then use a comma to separate the colors for data point 2 from
those of data point one.  Like this:

http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?cht=pc&chs=450x450&chd=t:10,20,30,40|10,20,30,40&chco=FFFFFF|009900|000099|000000,FFFFFF|009900|000099|000000

Check out http://code.google.com/apis/chart/colors.html#chart_colors
for some other examples.  Basically the pipes are the data point
separators and the commas are the data set separators here.  Hope it
