Cool, now we've got a chart issue (and an easy one at that). Your CHXL parameter has an extra pipe symbol " | " at the end. The initial pipe is necessary, but that latter one tells the API to add room for an empty label. For example, "chxl=0:|" is the required part and by adding "bottom|middle|top" or "|middle|" you can achieve different effects.
