Hey, I think you should try to add another dataset but hidden, add
marker to it, say,

http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?cht=bhs&chs=200x125&chd=t2:40,60|10,20|20,30&chco=4d89f9,c6d9fd&chbh=20&chm=x,FF0000,2,-1,10

Does that fit?
