The API (as does many server-side application logic) gets confused when you send multiple instances of the same parameter. Use a single CHM parameter to specify *all* of your markers using the pipe symbol " | " as a delimiter (i.e.. chm="B,E6F2FA,0,0,0|tMaximum,5A5A5A, 0,0,8,-1").
