You need to specify a CHDS parameter when using text values that do not add up to 100. Adding "chds=0,500" should do the trick with the URL you posted, but you'll want to increase that value to the sum of your data values (e.g. "chd=t:400,100,50,50,50,50,50" --> "chds=0,750")
