The link I gave you specifies that for the chxr= parameter, the 4 possible 
parameters are: axis index, start of range, end of range, and interval. No 
where does it have any information about the midpoint value. The chds= 
parameter also only deals with minimum and maximum values. If your values 
go from 0 to 346, then your chds parameter needs to be chds=0,346 and your 
chxr paramter needs to be chxr=0,0,346.
