Hi Saif,
Image Charts uses server side rendering which is a fast rendering engine for
charts.
The API includes static data as part of the URL and cannot reference
external data sources.
The interactive charts do not include two Y axis at the moment so they
cannot be used as you wanted.

I cannot think of a dynamic solution with two axis at this point in time.
