Hi, Google Chart API (a.k.a Image Charts) is a server returning an image and as such cannot provide interactive or HTML features. You may want to look at Interactive Charts: http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/interactive_charts.html <http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/interactive_charts.html>Where what you are trying to do is possible.
