i am new to QR and have basic HTML experience. i would like to setup a site that takes a few form fields (username, password, name, website link, email, phone number), and generates its own page page for the user (example: website/username) with a QR code to that page. the page would show whatever fields the user wants to show based on the user profile (they would be able to log in to the site and edit this info)
