Mukund, What you're looking to do is not possible. The API supports *multiple axis labels* and *styling of individual axes*, but no way to add explanatory text outside of the axis label areas (the area you have highlighted in red).
That said, maybe you can use axis styles and additional axis text (or text outside of the chart image): http://goo.gl/mPw4C That might help you think of alternative display methods.
