You're in the wrong forum with that question, you may want to ask more 
specific questions on sites like "StackOverflow.com".

What you have to know is that MySQL is what holds your data in a series of 
tables. MySQL in general is very easy to learn, but you may want to see what 
language is your site using (PHP/Python etc)

Once you figure out how to pull out the data and spit it out into HTML - 
you'd want to refer to the Google Charts API page (Visualization or static) 
or another Charts library and spit out the data you want.
