It's possible to do GB-ENG, GB-WLS,GB-SCT and GB-SCT to highlight the
whole of the UK and then place the marker in the GB-ENG part to get an
approximation of it being central.  You'd need to provide dummy data
values for each one though (I tend to repeat the same one for all to
get the same colour coding)
