Yes it will be displayed in html. As I look at the code in the link
you referenced, it's like:
chbh
chco
chd
I don't see that type of code anywhere in the html code here for
example:
http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/customizing_charts.html

So I'm wondering what the difference in the two is and which is
better?

Do you know of any tutorials that would give a step by step when it
comes to Skinning?
