For some obscure reason, you need to indicate the 'scale of the data
set' – any number bigger than the biggest pie will do, e.g.
&chds=0,1337

http://chart.googleapis.com/chart?cht=p3&chs=250x120&chdl=a|b&chco=00affF&chd=t:687,127&chds=0,1337
