Hello,

I am new to the Google Chart API and I am still not clear on what the
acceptable uses are. From reading the FAQs and Terms of Service, it
seems clear that one can use the API to create gadgets or post
dynamically generated charts on websites. But can they be used in
commercial mobile apps?

What I have in mind is to create an Android app that dynamically
generates a URL which would be sent to Google's chart server. I would
like to then embed the returned .PNG file in my app, rather than in a
web browser. Is that permissible? I am doubtful in part because I
haven't seen the term "Google Chart" anywhere when searching apps on
the Android Market or App Store.

And if this type of use is permissible, how does one attribute the
image to Google? Google Maps images typically have Google's copyright
stamped on them but the .PNG files returned by Google Chart API do
not.

thanks,
Vishnu
