Below is the URL dynamically built to present regions shaded to reflect a particular characteristic. I experience 2 issues: 1) The border between certain regions/states does not display (e.g. between Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota). I have tried different colors, but the borders do not display. Reviewing the documentation and support groups I cannot determine how to modify the borders, either make them thicker, or change their color. Is that possible? 2) The color icon for the legend displays the wrong colors. I understand the legend is taking the first 4 colors (not counting the first color) from the chco parameter. But we color the regions based on a characteristic count (4 categories, which contain multiple states and regions). Each category has its own color. How can I modify the legend icon to reflect the color for the 4 categories and not just the first 4 colors in the chco list?
