1) Convert from svg to png. 
2) Create a popup page client-side and pass pngs int page.
3) Use a png service that can convert HTML into a PDF.    Since the HTML 
contains the generated graphs are embedded in the HTML itself you don't 
have to worry about storing the charts anywhere. Other elements/images must 
be linked so the pdf service can retrieve it properly.
