I am creating a system using google charts displaying spending data in
different years/sectors by governments around the world. The raw data
differentiates between zero (meaning no spending) and null (meaning no data
available).

At present these look the same on the charts. My client would like some
kind of message appearing within the area of the chart where there is a
NULL advising people that there is no data available.

I have done some searches but nothing has cropped up, so I was hoping I
could put this out there and people might have some experience presenting
null and zero values differently, and knowing what my options are.

Cheers
Andy
