It is certainly the case that multiple charts can be displayed in the same 
page all with interactivity.  But to support that, it is necessary to avoid 
confusion between the charts by using unique container div identifiers for 
each, unique global variables, possibly unique handlers, etc.  From what 
you describe, it sounds like there is some confusion between the charts at 
this level.  

If this is a recent problem, perhaps you are being affected by the recent 
change that moves charts out of nested iframes so they now share global 
things whereas they used to be hidden away in iframes.  You may want to 
look into using the forceIframe option to force them back into iframes.  If 
they then work, then you have a clue about what is going wrong.
