Hi Jomar,

It is possible using the ComboChart.

As Zoltan posted above, you can pre-calculate the average and add it as a 
second series, which allows it to easily be plotted.

You can also use some of the functionality in the Visualization API to 
automatically calculate the average for you.

What I did here was create a DataView that adds an additional column which 
is the calculated average.
