Then unfortunately it doesn't seem like I can help you much more. It sounds like you need a way of exploring the data that you get out of elastic search, and Google Charts are more useful when you know the specific format of the data you want to chart, and how you want to chart it Once you have data from Elasticsearch in some format, I'd be more than glad to assist you in creating, configuring, and customizing your chart.
