The API does allow you to control multiple charts from the same control.
 The example at
https://code.google.com/apis/ajax/playground/?type=visualization#full_dashboard
shows
how it can be done with a pie chart and a table.  Or you can get the
statechange event when a control changes, grab the state and use it to set
options in multiple charts on your own.
