Shaun, The disappearing chart sounds like an error has occurred. We can help figure out what happened if you could do a couple things for us. First look in the javascript console to find out what error occurred, if any. Also, point us to a web page where the problem is occurring, if you can, or provide some code that would demonstrate the problem. Thanks.
