I'm not sure I understand the problem. These are three different products:
Google Charts (https://developers.google.com/chart/), charting for the web. Google Fusion Tables ( https://support.google.com/fusiontables/answer/2571232?hl=en), a web app for visualizing and sharing large data tables. Google Image Chart Editor (http://imagecharteditor.appspot.com/), a web app for creating and editing charts. It's the last of these that's going away, but your question seems to be about Google Fusion Tables, which doesn't use the image chart editor. I'm not sure how to help you without more information.
