You can do this with the Google visualization API (which is client-side, as 
opposed to the Google chart API) by simply computing the Gaussian in your 
JavaScript, and plotting the results as a scatter chart or line chart as 
you wish.  We could provide a canned function to do that -- it'd be easy -- 
but it's an out-of-scope feature for a charting library to provide.
