When you mouse over a pie chart slice and then move your mouse over the
fly-out that displays the Label and Percent of the slice causes the fly-out
to flash.
Could this be fixed in order to not have that label flash continuously
while moving the mouse over it?

Could I switch to showing the label only after clicking on a slice, thus
removing the need to redisplay ever single time the mouse moves every
single pixel?!

Is there such a functionality implemented?
Or maybe just a stopPropagation call on the mouseover if the label is
already displayed?
