I can perform a repository reset if necessary. Can you quickly "svn rm" the existing contents of your Google Code repository, and make sure everything's backed up beforehand? Once you've done so I'll go ahead with a reset.
Someone else on the team may have a better idea of how to recover from a failed sync in your use case. I'll see what I can find out.
