It's actually quite active.  Some of us work on infrastructure
improvement (making things faster, more stable, fixing 502 errors),
and others work on new features (such as the new atom feeds for
projects, the code-review feature which is still evolving, etc.)  And
if you look at the issuetracker, you can see a lot of us are
constantly "accepting" bugs to fix and fixing them.
