I would like to be able to include some 3rd Party dependencies in my project repository but if I do this currently, I think I would be indicating that they fall under my project's license which is MIT.
The 3rd Party libraries are already licensed as MS-Public and Apache and others. I need a way to indicate that the files in such a directory do not fall under the MIT license but are licensed to our project under which ever license they are. I could simply place a License.txt or a readme.txt but I wonder what the legality of this is? This only really applies to binary components. To give an Idea of the libraries I'm thinking of, we already have dependencies on Gallio and xUnit and I would like to deploy a version of nant to aid someone in building our project. I understand that these projects allow this type of redistribution but I would like to indicate how their stuff is licensed. Any Ideas about the best way to proceed. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hosting at Google Code" group.
