You did lose your wiki files -- if you browse your repository, there's
no top-level /wiki directory.   What you're seeing is a caching bug,
whereby the main UI is hanging onto a stale of cache of the two wiki
files which used to exist.  This is a known bug, thanks for reminding
me to fix it.  :-)
